Lema’s bakery makes classic cheesecake mixture filling by mixing the cheese, sour cream, heavy whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, beating it all until it get fluffy, then pour and placed the mixture in roasting pan on a very thick layer of homemade crust biscuit, then it is baked, and then removed pan from oven then it cool for 20 minutes, then by running a paring knife around edge to shape it, then let cool completely by chill it in refrigerator overnight, then it is topping with strawberry topping and garnished with white whipped cream. It tastes so sweet, very light, so delicious and so rich.
