Ingredients: Wheat flour, milk, yeast, olive oil, salt, spinach, sumac spice, onion, lemon juice, chili pepper. 

To Prepare; 

- To complete the half-baked - Spinach with Sumac Pie – Fatayer - Spicy.  Start defrosting it, and then place it in a tray. Heat up the oven to 350 oF then place it in the medial of the oven for about 10 minutes until it has golden color. 

- To warm up the completely-baked Spinach with Sumac Pie – Fatayer - Spicy, place it in a tray, then heat up the oven to 350 oF then place it in the medial of the oven for a few minutes. 

Storage: The half-baked pies keep it in the freezer, and the completely baked pies keep it in the freezer or refrigerated.
